Mowing Update

Tuesday August 2nd the normally scheduled mowing of the Common Areas will take place, despite the heavy rains we have experienced. In the interest of preserving the grass, the mowers will be avoiding any areas which are deep and wet. If you see any “uncut” areas that will be the reason. We do not want their vehicles getting stuck or tearing the grass up.

Once things dry out again we will make the call whether another mowing is needed that week or not. We do not base the scheduling on any holidays, merely around the weather and what the best way to take care of the Common Area grounds is.

2016 Spring Clean Up Day

Thank you so much to all of you who came out on Saturday to help make Medford Commons more beautiful. There are four small tee shirts left over if anyone wants one. We should also make sure to thank those who volunteer their time and energy throughout the year helping to make our community the beautiful place it is. Special thanks to John Piontkowski for dragging the debris that Ken cut down from behind Stonycroft Court so the lake can be seen now.

Here are just some of the folks who “braved” the gorgeous weather on Saturday. Thank you so much!
